Launch of the second phase of sales
Thank God, the show apartment was inaugurated in the Al-Thiqa Residential Complex and Sales Center project, in preparation for receiving customers and receiving reservations. At the same time, a Wafi license (off-plan sales) was issued, as the company was qualified to be one of the most important companies in the region and to facilitate the sales process for customers.

Completion of the sale of the first phase and the launch of the second phase
The structural work has been completed, the project features have appeared, and internal work has begun, establishing central air conditioning , plumbing, electricity, and the smart home system.
Thanks to God, all units of the first phase of Al-Shabili Housing have been sold and the units have been delivered to customers after the transfer of ownership of the residential units has been completed. Following the first phase, the second phase of Al-Shabili Housing has been launched and reservations have been received and started.

Update sales percentage for the first phase
The project is being constructed according to the highest international specifications and tests are being carried out to ensure the best results are provided. The construction rate has reached 50% for the structural structure and finishing work has begun.
Due to the continuous sales in the first phase, the project sales reached 75% and the evacuation phase and transfer of ownership to our customers has begun.

Continuation of sales in the first phase with the support of all financing agencies
The works agreement was signed with the main contractor, Knowledge and Planning, which is a subsidiary company, to start the works, receive the plans, and inspect the project site to carry out the initial work on the project.
Following the launch of sales in the first phase and the completion of all work in the project, with great support from the financing agencies and the Ministry of Housing, more than 50% of the first phase has been sold.

Acquisition of residential buildings in Al-Shabili, Al-Khobar
A land with an area of 1,962 square meters was acquired in the Al-Bahr neighborhood in Al-Khobar, near the new Corniche, steps away from the seashore, in order to establish a fully-serviced residential complex that provides additional value to the region and keeps pace with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
